The Enchanted Cinema – Workshop and Film Screening

Join us for a magical, jam-packed evening with live cinema performers Gareth Wilkins and Kieron Chissik where you’ll become the sound of an island forest, scuttling beach creatures and seabirds using your voice or instruments provided in a workshop inspired by Studio Ghibli’s The Red Turtle.

You’ll then get to enjoy this stunning animation and create live sound effects for the first 30 minutes of the film.

Feel free to come along early as there will be live music before the workshop, a food stall, and no need to bring your own drinks – there will be a bar throughout the evening.

Evening programme:
7:30 – 8:15pm: Live music
8:30pm: Audience workshop with the Enchanted Cinema begins
9:05pm: Film and evening performance of Red Turtle starts (running time 80 minutes)
10:30pm: Film ends
Ticket price: £15 for general tickets, £10 for concessions.
This event is suitable for participants that are 8 years old and above.
