Yoga in Nature – RSPB Arne

Join us for 1 or more of 9 weeks of Friday yoga in the beautiful surroundings of the cafe lawn. It is for mixed ability, beginners welcome!

Meet at the Welcome Area in the main car park at RSPB Arne at 8.45am for a 9am start.

Our experiences at RSPB Arne follow the latest government guidance.
– You will not be required to wear a face mask, but are very welcome to do so.
– Social distancing will be maintained throughout the experience.
– Hand sanitiser will be available for use.
– Please ensure that you follow the most recent government guidelines on meeting in groups.

When booking please provide a valid phone number and e-mail as your booking confirmation will be sent via e-mail. We need a valid phone number (landline and mobile) in case we need to get hold of you urgently to update you with changes/cancellation. Thank you for your co-operation.

£5 RSPB non-members, normal parking charges apply, non-members £7 per car
£4 RSPB Members, free parking

After yoga, you may wish to spend some more of the day surrounded by an array of wildlife. You could head to the on-site Café and garden for a drink, lunch or take a walk around the reserve. Spending time in nature contributes to emotional and physical well-being, yoga brings strength and calm, what a great combination!
