Summer Solstice Morning Yoga – RSPB Arne

On the summer solstice join a restorative mindfulness walk in nature then yoga at Shipstal Beach.

Join us on the Summer solstice for an early morning mindfulness walk, of about half an hour, followed by yoga on Shipstal beach at Arne Nature Reserve, with a restorative walk back.

Cost:
Adult RSPB Member: £6 + booking fee (Free parking)
Adult non RSPB Member £8 + booking fee (includes free parking for the duration).

Meet in the Arne main car park near the welcome area at 7.20am to get your parking pass and prompt start at 7.30am. We should be back in the car park at about 0915/930am.

accessibility: the walk will be at a medium pace over typical countryside path terrain of stone or earth surface, with a slope at the start/end and some areas of tree roots, some rest benches.

Our experiences at RSPB Arne follow the latest government guidance.
– You will not be required to wear a face mask, but are very welcome to do so.
– Social distancing will be maintained throughout the experience.
– Hand sanitiser will be available for use.
– Please ensure that you follow the most recent government guidelines on meeting in groups.
