Purbeck volunteer recruitment event

Are you passionate about Purbeck? Do you love the outdoors and have some free time? We’d love to speak to you about joining our friendly teams of volunteers at this recruitment event.

We currently have a wide range of interesting roles across the Purbeck landscape, including:

• Countryside conservation – The group helps Rangers to care for the fragile and precious heathland – home to rare Dartford Warblers and Sand Lizards. The conservation teams offer the chance to enjoy some fresh air and exercise while helping the environment.
• Corfe Castle – volunteers are needed to help bring the castle to life for visitors – giving information and guided tours and with a variety of events for all ages.
• Studland Bay – welcoming visitors and inspiring the next generation to care for the marine environment through activities on Studland beach.
