Purbeck Forest Bathing Experience

Step away from the chaos of every day life and let me guide you through a relaxing morning in a gorgeous hidden woodland just outside Swanage. Forest Bathing isn’t about getting wet, rather it’s a relaxing, multisensory way to immerse yourself in, and develop a personal connection with nature. Led by Purbeck-based Forest Bathing guide Sara Greenwood.

We’ll let go of the outside world and your everyday challenges. We’ll breathe in the forest air, slow down and experience the forest and nature through all our senses. You’ll be able to explore through a series of invitations, whilst being soothed by the special qualities of this special space. You’ll leave feeling restored, relaxed and glad to have made the time to immerse yourself and re-connect with nature. This is an adult only walk (no dogs) and there are just 10 places available, to enhance the experience for everyone. Booking essential.
