Community Land Trust Planning Application

Corfe Castle Parish Council are holding a public meeting followed by an extraordinary full council meeting to determine the official parish response to the planning application to erect 16 affordable homes and four open market homes including access, parking and associated landscaping, drainage and services works.

The Community Land Trust will give a 10-minute presentation with a brief overview of the application, followed by a 10-minute presentation by a representative(s) from the objectors group. Following the presentations there will be a 40-minute session for questions from you the public.

Due to the nature of the meeting and the number of people who may wish to ask questions the Parish Council will restrict who can ask questions to those who live in or have a strong connection with Corfe Castle and to those who have registered before the meeting with their intention to raise a comment / question.

If you are unable to attend or prefer not to speak but still would like the parish council to consider your views, please contact the Clerk via email or in writing with you query / comment, this will then be passed on to full council so that it can be included within the decision-making process to help form the official parish council’s response.
